Primary Documentation Requirements
Accepted Primary Documents
For Nigerian Citizens:
- Birth Certificate (from NPC)
- Declaration of Age (from Local Government)
- Sworn Affidavit of Birth
For Foreign Nationals:
- International Passport
- Certificate of Naturalization
- Residence Permit with valid visa
